全生物降解地膜覆盖对大蒜田土壤有机碳库及团聚体的影响

Effects of Biodegradable Plastic Film Mulching on Soil Organic Carbon Pool and Aggregates in the Garlic Field

      目的  探明全生物降解地膜覆盖对土壤有机碳库及团聚体的影响,为改善土壤质量和实现普通塑料地膜减量替代提供理论依据。
      方法  基于2021年10月至2022年6月在江苏邳州大蒜地开展的大田定位试验,采用随机区组设计,设置无地膜覆盖(CK)、普通聚乙烯地膜覆盖(PM)和全生物降解地膜覆盖(BM)3个处理,探究0 ~ 20 cm耕作层土壤活性有机碳库和不同粒级水稳性团聚体有机碳含量的变化特征。
      结果  相较于CK,PM和BM处理对土壤总有机碳含量的影响均不显著,相较于PM,BM处理能显著增加土壤水溶性有机碳和易氧化有机碳的含量,但显著降低了微生物生物量碳的含量。不同处理下各粒径水稳性团聚体质量占比均以 > 5 mm粒径最大,占比为33.65% ~ 37.85%;相较于CK,PM和BM处理均显著提高了团聚体的平均重量直径和几何平均直径,而对团聚体破碎率影响不显著。不同处理下土壤水稳性团聚体有机碳含量均以0.5 ~ 1 mm粒径中为最高;除 > 5 mm和3 ~ 5 mm粒径的水稳性团聚体外,其他粒径水稳性团聚体有机碳含量在BM处理下均显著高于CK或PM。
      结论  全生物降解地膜覆盖能改善蒜地土壤结构,增加土壤活性有机碳组分和 > 0.25 mm水稳性团聚体有机碳含量,有助于土壤质量的提升。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  The paper aimed to determine the influence of biodegradable plastic film mulching on soil organic carbon pool and aggregates, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving soil quality and realize the reduction and replacement of ordinary plastic mulching.
      Method  Based on a field experiment carried out in garlic fields in Pizhou, Jiangsu Province from October 2021 to June 2022, the random block design was adopted, and three treatments were set up: no mulching (CK), polyethylene plastic film mulching (PM) and biodegradable plastic film mulching (BM). The contents of soil organic carbon pool in 0-20 cm soil layer and water stable aggregates of different particle sizes were analyzed.
      Result  Compared with CK, both PM and BM had no significant effect on soil total organic carbon content. Compared with PM, BM treatment could significantly increase the content of soil dissolved organic carbon and easily oxidized organic carbon, but significantly reduce the content of microbial biomass carbon. Under the three different treatments, the proportion of water stable aggregates with particle size > 5 mm was the largest, accounting for 33.65%-37.85%. Compared with CK, PM and BM treatments significantly increased the average weight diameter and geometric average diameter of aggregates, but had no significant effect on the fragmentation rate of aggregates. With the increase of particle size, the organic carbon content of soil water stable aggregates increased first and then decreased, with the highest particle size of 0.5-1 mm. Except for water-stable aggregates with particle size > 5 mm and 3-5 mm, the organic carbon content of water-stable agglomerates with other particle sizes was significantly higher than that of CK or PM under BM treatment.
      Conclusion  Under the short-term condition, fully biodegradable plastic film mulching can improve the soil structure of garlic field, increase the content of soil active organic carbon and water stable aggregate organic carbon with particle size > 0.25 mm, and help to improve the soil quality.
