农田土壤微塑料的检测及环境行为研究进展

Advances in Detection and Environmental Behavior of Microplastics in Agricultural Soil

  • 摘要: 微塑料污染对农业生态系统存在潜在威胁,它们一方面改变土壤环境条件从而直接或间接影响作物生长,另一方面可能通过食物链传输危害人体健康。目前,微塑料在淡水和海洋生态系统中的研究开展较多,而在其含量更多的土壤介质中的行为研究也开始受到重视,尤其是探明微塑料在农田土壤生态系统中的污染程度和作用机制迫切需要。本文以中国知网和Web of Science核心数据库为主要来源,对土壤微塑料的检测方法及环境行为相关研究进行分析。总结了农田土壤微塑料的来源分布、检测方法、赋存迁移及其影响机制等,并对当前研究提出展望和建议。建立更加规范统一的土壤微塑料监测标准,系统掌握农田微塑料的来源、丰度和污染机制,并针对性的采取防控措施,对于减少其对农业生产和人体健康的负面影响具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Microplastics (MPs) contamination is a potential threat to agroecosystems. They affect crop growth directly or indirectly by changing soil environmental conditions on the one hand, and may endanger human health through food chain transmission on the other. Microplastics in freshwater and marine ecosystems have been studied frequently, and research on the soil media with higher microplastic contents have also been paid attention, especially the exploration of the extent and mechanisms of microplastic contamination in agricultural soil ecosystems is urgently needed.
    Methods This paper analyzes the detection methods and environmental behavior of soil microplastics by using CNKI and Web of Science core database as the main sources.
    Results The source distribution, detection methods, transport and influence mechanisms of microplastics in agricultural soils are summarized, and the outlook and suggestions for the current research are presented.
    Conclusion It is important to establish a more standardized and unified monitoring standard for soil microplastics, to systematically grasp the source, abundance and pollution mechanism of microplastics in farmland, and to take targeted prevention and control measures to reduce their negative impact on agricultural production and human health.
