菌渣有机肥对药用牡丹-玉米间作系统土壤改良及作物增效的影响

Effects of Fertilizer from Mushroom Residue on Soil Improvement and Crop Yield Enhancement in the Intercropping System of Medicinal Peony and Maize

    目的 为探究不同量菌渣有机肥对土壤改良及药用牡丹间作玉米生长的影响,使药用牡丹间作玉米的生产模式达到高产、绿色、高效的目标。
    方法 设置菌渣有机肥施用量分别为15、30、45、60、75、90 t ha−1处理,以不施菌渣有机肥为对照,连续5年进行牡丹-玉米间作田间小区试验,测定相关指标,比较不同施肥量对药用牡丹、玉米生长状况及土壤理化性质的影响。
    结果 菌渣有机肥五年间连续处理提高土壤中有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量平均在11% ~ 53%、20% ~ 74%、40% ~ 73%、13% ~ 45%,并且降低了pH值及含盐量。菌渣有机肥的施入,对玉米株高、穗位高、茎粗、茎节数、玉米产量以及药用牡丹丹皮酚、丹皮产量均有显著提高,且60 t ha−1处理下效果最好。相关性分析显示,菌渣有机肥处理通过调节土壤养分含量与降低土壤盐渍化水平,促进药用牡丹及玉米的生长,从而提高产量。
    结论 在本试验条件下,以菌渣有机肥用量60 t ha−1改善土壤理化性质、提升药用牡丹及玉米产量效果最佳;这一研究结果为当地药用牡丹-玉米间作施肥提供了依据。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The aims were to explore the effects of different amounts of organic fertilizer on soil improvement and the growth of medicinal peony intercropping maize, and achieve high yield, green and high efficiency for the production pattern of medicinal peony intercropping maize.
    Method A total of six treatments with 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 tons hm−2 with organic fertilizer from bacterial residue were carried out, and compared with no application of organic fertilizer from bacterial residue. Field plots of intercropping between peony and corn were conducted for five consecutive years to determine the relevant indicators. Compare The effects of different fertilizer application amounts on the growth conditions of medicinal peonies and corn were compared, including the physical and chemical properties of the soil.
    Result The contents of organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in soil were increased by the continuous treatment of bacterial residue in the past five years with an average of 11%-53%, 20%-74%, 40%-73% and 13%-45%. Moreover, it could reduce pH and salt contents. The application of organic fertilizer with bacterial residue significantly increased maize plant height, ear height, stem diameter, stem segment number, maize yield, and the yield of vitexanol and paeonol. Meanwhile, the treatment (60 t hm−2) had the best effect. Correlation analysis showed that the treatment of organic fertilizer with bacterial residue promoted the growth of medicinal peony and maize by regulating soil nutrient content and reducing soil salinization level, thereby increasing yield.
    Conclusion Under the conditions of this experiment, the treatment (with a dosage of 60 t hm−2 of microbial residue organic fertilizer) had the best effect in improving the physical and chemical properties of the soil and increasing the yields of medicinal peonies and corn. This research result provides a basis for the fertilization of the local medicinal peony-corn intercropping.
