配方绿肥对草莓生长及其培养基质养分的影响研究

Effects of Formula Green Fertilizer on Strawberry Growth and Its Culture Medium

    目的 揭示绿肥、微生物菌剂和微量元素肥料配比施肥对草莓植株生长和草莓培养基质改良效果的影响。
    方法 将有益微生物和微量元素与绿肥相结合,形成配方绿肥。通过三种配方绿肥处理:颗粒绿肥(G)、颗粒生物绿肥(绿肥 + 胶冻芽孢杆菌 + 长枝木霉菌,GJM)、颗粒微量元素绿肥(绿肥 + 微量元素肥料,GW)。两种栽培基质:农田土壤和草炭土壤,进行盆栽试验研究不同施肥配比对草莓植株生长的影响,以及对两种培养基质养分的影响。
    结果 无论是使用农田土壤还是草炭土壤做为栽培基质,在整个生育期内,三种施肥处理的草莓植株所测农艺性状均显著高于对照处理。在以草炭土壤为培养基质的不同处理中,GJM处理使草莓植株地上部干重分别提高了310.73%、155.52%和60.74%(P < 0.05),地下部干重的分别提高了634.37%、149.72%和27.19%(P < 0.05)。不同施肥处理均能提高农田土壤、草炭土壤养分含量, GJM处理和GW处理较CK处理和G处理均能显著提高基质速效养分含量。其中,GJM处理土壤水解氮含量最高,较CK、G处理提高34.41%,14.68%(P < 0.05),且其对水解氮含量的促进作用显著高于GW处理,而GW处理对农田土壤和草炭土壤的速效磷、速效钾含量提高的最多,GJM处理次之,但二者并无显著差异。
    结论 绿肥、微生物菌剂和微量元素(GJM)配施对草莓生长农艺性状有显著的促进作用,对培养基质的养分含量有显著的提高作用,具有较高的利用价值。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The aims were to reveal the effects of the ratio of green manure, microbial agents, and trace element fertilizers on the growth of strawberry plants and the improvement of strawberry culture substrates.
    Method Three types of fertilization treatments were used: granular green fertilizer (G), granular bio green fertilizer (green fertilizer + Bacillus subtilis + Trichoderma longum, GJM), granular trace element green fertilizer (green fertilizer + trace element fertilizer, GW). Two cultivation substrates were farmland soil and peat soil. The effects of different fertilization ratios on the growth of strawberry plants and the nutrient contents of the two culture substrates were studied.
    Result It was found that regardless of whether farmland soil or peat soil was used as the cultivation substrate, the agronomic traits of strawberry plants treated with the three fertilizers were significantly higher than those of the control treatment throughout the entire growth period. In different treatments using peat soil as the culture medium, GJM treatment increased the aboveground dry weight by 310.73%, 155.52% and 60.74%, respectively, while the underground dry weight increased by 634.37%, 149.72% and 27.19%, respectively. Different fertilization treatments could all increase the nutrient contents of farmland soil and peat soil, and each fertilization treatment could significantly increase the available nutrient contents of the substrate compared to CK and G treatments. Among them, the GJM treatment had the highest content of soil available nitrogen, significantly increasing by 34.41% and 14.68% compared to CK and G treatments. And its promoting effect on hydrolyzed nitrogen content was significantly higher than that of GW treatment. GW treatment increased the contents of available phosphorus and potassium in farmland soil and peat soil the most, followed by GJM treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two treatments.
    Conclusion The combined application of green manure, microbial agents, and trace elements (GJM) has a significant promoting effect on the agronomic traits of strawberry growth and a significant improvement in the nutrients of the culture substrate.
